Bu politika, Avelith tarafından geliştirilen NFC Tools Android uygulamasının ("Uygulama") hangi bilgileri işlediğini, neden işlediğini ve bu konudaki haklarınızı açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Kısaca: Etiketlerinizden okuduğunuz ve onlara yazdığınız veriler, geçmişiniz, şablonlarınız, görevleriniz ve envanteriniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bunlar bize gönderilmez. Google Drive yedeği sizin Google hesabınıza gider; biz göremeyiz. Reklam, satın alma ve uygulama istatistikleri için Google hizmetleri kullanılır.

1. Cihazınızda saklanan veriler

Aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca Uygulamanın cihazınızdaki özel depolama alanında tutulur. Avelith'e veya başka bir sunucuya gönderilmez:

  1. NFC etiket verileri: okuduğunuz etiketlerin teknik bilgileri (çip türü, UID, bellek) ve içerikleri (URL, metin, kişi, Wi-Fi bilgileri vb.). Etiket iletişimi tamamen cihaz üzerinde gerçekleşir.
  2. Geçmiş, şablonlar ve NFC görevleri
  3. Etiket envanteri: etiketlerinize verdiğiniz ad, not, yer bilgisi, seçtiğiniz fotoğraflar ve isterseniz yaklaşık konum.
  4. Şifreli notlar: AES-256-GCM ile cihazda şifrelenir. Parolanız hiçbir yere kaydedilmez ve gönderilmez; parolayı unutursanız not kurtarılamaz.
  5. Ayarlar: tema, dil, simge ve ses tercihleri.

Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda bu verilerin tamamı cihazınızdan silinir. Geçmişi Uygulama içinden istediğiniz zaman temizleyebilirsiniz.

2. Google Drive yedekleme

Yedekleme ekranında Yedekle veya Geri yükle'ye dokunduğunuzda Uygulama, Google hesabınız üzerinden Google Drive'a erişim ister. Bu özellik isteğe bağlıdır.

  1. İstenen izin: yalnızca https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata. Bu izin, Drive'ınızda uygulamaya özel gizli bir klasöre erişim sağlar. Uygulama Drive'ınızdaki diğer dosya ve klasörlerinizi göremez, okuyamaz ve değiştiremez.
  2. Neler saklanır: geçmiş, şablonlar, görevler, envanter kayıtları ve envanter fotoğraflarından oluşan tek bir yedek dosyası (nfctools-backup.zip). Her yeni yedek öncekinin yerine geçer.
  3. Neden: yalnızca verilerinizi yedeklemek ve yeni bir cihaza geri yüklemek için. Veri yalnızca siz bu işlemlerden birini başlattığınızda aktarılır.
  4. Kimler erişebilir: yedek dosyası sizin Google hesabınızda durur. Avelith'in bu dosyaya erişimi yoktur; dosya hiçbir sunucumuza gönderilmez. Google'ın erişim belirteci yalnızca işlem süresince bellekte tutulur, kaydedilmez.
  5. Paylaşım: Google API'lerinden alınan veriler üçüncü taraflara aktarılmaz, satılmaz, reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz ve insanlar tarafından okunmaz.
  6. Silme ve izni geri alma: Yedeği Google Drive → Ayarlar → Uygulamaları yönet → NFC Tools → Gizli uygulama verilerini sil yoluyla silebilirsiniz. Erişim iznini Google Hesabınız → Üçüncü taraf erişimi sayfasından istediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz.

NFC Tools'un Google API'lerinden alınan bilgileri kullanımı ve başka bir uygulamaya aktarımı, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) gereklilikleri dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uygundur.

İsterseniz yedeği Drive yerine bir dosya olarak da kaydedebilirsiniz. Bu durumda dosya, sizin seçtiğiniz konuma kaydedilir.

3. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

  1. Google AdMob — Ücretsiz sürümde reklam gösterimi. Reklam kimliği, cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri, IP adresi, reklam etkileşimleri. Premium kullanıcılarda hiçbir reklam isteği yapılmaz.
  2. Google Play Faturalandırma — Premium abonelik ve satın almalar. Satın alma kayıtları. Ödeme bilgilerinizi (kart vb.) yalnızca Google işler; biz görmeyiz.
  3. Firebase Analytics — Uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak ve geliştirmek. Anonim kullanım olayları (ör. etiket okundu, çip türü, kayıt sayısı, açılan ekranlar), cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü, yaklaşık ülke. Etiket içerikleri ve UID'ler gönderilmez.
  4. Firebase Crashlytics — Çökme ve hataları düzeltmek. Çökme raporları, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü.
  5. Firebase Cloud Messaging — Duyuru bildirimleri. Bildirim belirteci (token). Bildirimleri Android ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
  6. Firebase Remote Config — Reklam sıklığı gibi ayarları uzaktan güncellemek. Uygulama örneği kimliği.

Bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir: Google Gizlilik Politikası, Google iş ortağı sitelerinde veri kullanımı, Firebase gizlilik bilgileri.

Reklam onayı: Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılardan, kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar için Google'ın onay formu aracılığıyla izin istenir. Bu tercihi Uygulamada Daha → Gizlilik seçenekleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. Reklam kimliğinizi Android ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz.

4. İzinler

  1. NFC: etiketleri okumak ve yazmak.
  2. İnternet / ağ durumu: reklam, satın alma, Firebase ve Drive yedekleme.
  3. Bildirimler: duyurular (isteğe bağlı).
  4. Yaklaşık konum: yalnızca envantere "şu anki konum"u eklemek istediğinizde sorulur. Konum cihazda kalır ve yalnızca siz Drive yedeği alırsanız yedeğe girer.
  5. Alarm kurma, Rahatsız Etmeyin erişimi, sistem ayarlarını değiştirme: yalnızca bu eylemleri içeren NFC görevlerini çalıştırdığınızda kullanılır.
  6. Fotoğraflar: envantere fotoğraf eklerken Android'in fotoğraf seçicisi kullanılır. Uygulama yalnızca seçtiğiniz fotoğrafa erişir.

5. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.

6. Güvenlik ve saklama

Verileriniz Android'in uygulamaya özel depolama alanında tutulur. Google hizmetlerine yapılan aktarımlar şifreli (HTTPS) bağlantıyla yapılır. Firebase ve AdMob verileri Google'ın belirlediği sürelerce saklanır.

7. Haklarınız

Cihazınızdaki verileri istediğiniz zaman Uygulama içinden silebilir veya Uygulamayı kaldırarak tamamen kaldırabilirsiniz. Analitik veya reklam verilerine ilişkin talepleriniz (KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme ve silme hakları dahil) için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yürürlük tarihi güncellenir.

This policy explains what information the NFC Tools Android app (the "App"), developed by Avelith, processes, why it does so, and your rights. By using the App you agree to this policy.

In short: the data you read from and write to tags, your history, templates, tasks and inventory are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. Google Drive backups go to your own Google account; we cannot see them. Google services are used for ads, purchases and app statistics.

1. Data stored on your device

The following data is kept only in the App's private storage on your device and is never sent to Avelith or any other server:

  1. NFC tag data: technical details of the tags you read (chip type, UID, memory) and their contents (URLs, text, contacts, Wi-Fi details, etc.). Communication with tags happens entirely on the device.
  2. History, templates and NFC tasks
  3. Tag inventory: names, notes and places you give your tags, photos you pick, and an approximate location if you choose to add one.
  4. Encrypted notes: encrypted on the device with AES-256-GCM. Your password is never stored or sent; if you forget it, the note cannot be recovered.
  5. Settings: theme, language, icon and sound preferences.

Uninstalling the App deletes all of this data from your device. You can also clear your history from within the App at any time.

2. Google Drive backup

When you tap Back up or Restore on the Backup screen, the App asks for access to Google Drive through your Google account. This feature is optional.

  1. Permission requested: only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata. This scope gives access to a hidden, app-specific folder in your Drive. The App cannot see, read or modify any of your other Drive files or folders.
  2. What is stored: a single backup file (nfctools-backup.zip) containing your history, templates, tasks, inventory records and inventory photos. Each new backup replaces the previous one.
  3. Why: solely to back up your data and restore it on a new device. Data is transferred only when you start one of these actions.
  4. Who can access it: the backup lives in your Google account. Avelith has no access to it, and it is never sent to our servers. Google's access token is kept in memory only during the operation and is not stored.
  5. Sharing: data obtained from Google APIs is not transferred to third parties, not sold, not used for advertising and not read by humans.
  6. Deleting and revoking: you can delete the backup via Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → NFC Tools → Delete hidden app data. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account → Third-party access.

NFC Tools' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Instead of Drive, you can also save a backup as a file to a location of your choice.

3. Third-party services

  1. Google AdMob — Showing ads in the free version. Advertising ID, device and app information, IP address, ad interactions. No ad requests are made for Premium users.
  2. Google Play Billing — Premium subscriptions and purchases. Purchase records. Payment details (cards, etc.) are handled only by Google; we never see them.
  3. Firebase Analytics — Understanding and improving how the App is used. Anonymous usage events (e.g. tag read, chip type, record count, screens viewed), device model, OS, app version, approximate country. Tag contents and UIDs are not sent.
  4. Firebase Crashlytics — Fixing crashes and errors. Crash reports, device model, OS, app version.
  5. Firebase Cloud Messaging — Announcement notifications. Notification token. You can turn notifications off in Android settings.
  6. Firebase Remote Config — Remotely updating settings such as ad frequency. App instance ID.

These services are governed by their own policies: Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses data from partner sites, Firebase privacy information.

Ad consent: users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent to personalized ads through Google's consent form. You can change this choice in the App under More → Privacy options. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

4. Permissions

  1. NFC: to read and write tags.
  2. Internet / network state: for ads, purchases, Firebase and Drive backup.
  3. Notifications: announcements (optional).
  4. Approximate location: requested only when you add "current location" to an inventory item. It stays on the device and is included only in Drive backups you make yourself.
  5. Set alarms, Do Not Disturb access, modify system settings: used only when you run NFC tasks containing those actions.
  6. Photos: the Android photo picker is used when adding inventory photos; the App only accesses the photo you select.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

6. Security and retention

Your data is kept in Android's app-private storage. Transfers to Google services use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Firebase and AdMob data is retained for the periods set by Google.

7. Your rights

You can delete the data on your device from within the App at any time, or remove it completely by uninstalling the App. For requests concerning analytics or advertising data (including access, correction and deletion rights under GDPR and KVKK), please contact us.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with an updated effective date.
